Bronchial Asthma is a major non-communicable disease affecting both children and adults, nearly 262 million people in India suffer from asthma (WHO). It chronic disorder that affects the airways characterized by bronchial hyper-reactivity reversible airway obstruction. could be correlated as Tamak shwasa Ayurveda considered Pranvaha srotho vikara. The Pathya Aahar Vihara, having Vata Kapha alleviating properties can bring them to normalcy. preventive curative aspects of revolve around central theme Aahara Vihara advocates secret wellness whereas Apathya root cause all diseases. Proper diet implementation right life style necessary for better quality life. Hence this review article defines various Dravyas described classics with view modern scientific researches.
